Last updated: October 6, 2026 — Issued by Vision Synergie Inc. / TimingFlow
This Billing & Refund Policy governs all payments made to TimingFlow, a product of Vision Synergie Inc. By activating a subscription or purchasing credits, you agree to the terms below.
All subscription payments and one-time credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the limited cases described in section 3. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. No partial-month refunds are issued.
You can build and design your projects on the free plan at no cost. Payment is required only when you publish (deploy) a project to production.
Workspace plans and all add-ons (modules, email service, multi-tenant tiers, etc.) are billed on a monthly cycle. Your billing cycle starts on the day you first activate a paid plan.
When you activate a new service mid-cycle, you are immediately invoiced for the remaining days of the current billing period. This prorated invoice is separate from your regular monthly invoice and clearly shows the calculation (e.g., "28 days × $49 / 30 = $45.73"). Starting the next billing cycle, all active services appear on a single consolidated monthly invoice.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month, at the then-current rate, using the payment method on file. By subscribing, you authorize TimingFlow to charge that payment method on a recurring basis. You will receive an invoice email before each renewal. It is your responsibility to maintain a valid payment method.
If a payment fails, we will retry automatically over several days and send you email notifications, including a warning before your sites are suspended. Some paid features (for example sending, AI credit use, and editing) may be progressively restricted until payment is resolved.
You have a 10-day grace period from the first payment failure, during which your published sites remain online. If payment cannot be collected within those 10 days, your account is downgraded to the free tier, and your published sites are taken offline and replaced with a "temporarily unavailable" page. Your data, configuration, and designs remain safe — only the public site is removed.
To restore your sites, update your payment method. Your sites are back online within minutes of a successful payment.
When you cancel a subscription, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the unused portion. Your account is not charged for the following month.
To cancel, go to your workspace Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription, or contact billing@timingflow.io. Cancellations requested by email are processed within one business day.
After cancellation:
Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or your data. If you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can request it from your account settings. The deletion is carried out 30 days after your confirmation, so that a request made in error can be cancelled.
Notwithstanding the no-refund policy, TimingFlow may, at its sole discretion, grant a refund in the following cases:
To request a refund, email billing@timingflow.io with your account email address and a description of the issue.
Monthly credit plans are recurring subscription add-ons. Credits are added to your account at the start of each billing cycle and reset each month — unused credits do not carry forward. Monthly credit plans follow the same no-refund and cancellation rules as all other subscriptions.
Credit bundles are one-time purchases. Credits from bundles are added to your account immediately and never expire. They are consumed only after your monthly plan credits are exhausted. Credit bundles are non-refundable once purchased.
Module subscriptions (e-commerce, email service, telephony, etc.) are billed monthly and added to your workspace's single subscription. Activating a module mid-cycle generates an immediate prorated invoice for the remaining days. Deactivating a module takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refund is issued. Add-ons follow the same billing cycle, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules as the base subscription.
When annual billing is available, annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate (equivalent to 10 months). Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual plan, access continues until the end of the annual period.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
TimingFlow may update subscription prices from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies if you choose not to continue.
TimingFlow may offer promotional codes or discounts. They are subject to their stated terms (duration, one-time or recurring, maximum number of uses). A 100% discount results in a $0.00 invoice — you still receive an invoice for your records showing the full amount and the discount applied. TimingFlow may modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us at billing@timingflow.io. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly. A chargeback initiated without contacting us first may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.
Prices shown on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may be subject to applicable taxes (GST, QST, HST, or other sales taxes) based on your billing address. Tax amounts are shown separately on all invoices.
TimingFlow may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
